Singing

Children and students are encouraged to improve vocal technique, timing and musicality using various styles from musical theatre to pop! We teach breath and voice control while building confidence and sense of performance.

Street Dance

School Area's

About Us

At the Su-Elise Stage School we aim to develop self discipline and confidence through music, dance and drama by offering Saturday dance, drama and singing classes for young people in the U.K.

These classes give the children the chance to develop their creative skills outside the classroom following the syllabus of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD). The classes commence during the normal school term, with a week long summer school in August.

We offer classes in Classical Ballet, Tap, Modern, Street Dance, Acting and Vocal Training for boys and girls aged 5-17 yrs. 3-5 year olds are offered Baby Ballet and Tiny Taper’s classes.

All pupils are encouraged to take I.S.T.D exams which are held annually at the end of the autumn and summer terms. We have Junior and Senior Jazz Troupes who will be offered the chance to compete in various dance challenges and festivals throughout the U.K.

The whole school is given the chance to perform in a ‘School Show’ every two years which is performed at a local theatre and all students are encouraged to create their own pieces to be shown at our annual Choreographic Awards.
